How to use BiTTE lite Microbial Analysis

Learn how to use the BiTTE® lite Microbial Analysis Application for advanced parameter-based analysis. This helps identify bacterial strains and their resistance or sensitivity for better clinical decisions.

From the gallery, open a BiTTE lite image. If you have none, download samples.here

Click on the BiTTE lite Icon to open the application settings.

Configure the settings for classification and bacterial typing.

Click 'Analyze' to begin the AI-based bacterial detection and parameter evaluation.

Check the analysis results in the image modal or open the generated image from the gallery.

For manual adjustments, click 'Show AI correction' in the top-right corner.

Manually select the Bacteria Type and Bacteria Name if needed before re-analyzing.
